What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and implement strategic sales plans to meet commercial growth objectives in the relocation and warehousing industries.
- Create, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial sales team to ensure growth and continuous performance.
- Monitor commercial sales activities, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and plan efficacy.
- Lead the creation of answers to commercial RFPs and proposals, emphasising competitive value propositions.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and competition activity to help drive product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensure that CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot) are used properly to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to match service capabilities to sales possibilities.
- Senior leadership should receive regular updates on commercial sales activity, achievements, and forecasts.

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in commercial sales management, preferably in the relocation or business moving industry.
- A proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; prior expertise with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
- Ability to assess data and finances in order to make business decisions and prioritise prospects.
