Responsibilities of the Corporate Move Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Responding quickly to incoming calls and emails.
- Offering customised relocation and removals quotes for both local and international transfers.
- Investigating the quotes for removals.
- Gather and report consumer input in order to guarantee that best practices are acknowledged and upheld.
- Booking in removal operations and ensuring the customer has a smooth move.
- Setting up delivery, pickup, and storage inspections.
- In compliance with the company's policies, provide removal customers with assistance and solutions.
- Additional as needed ad hoc tasks.
Requirements of the Move Manager:
- It is necessary to have prior expertise in the removals sector, ideally with corporate and/or international experience.
- A really good phone manner.
- A diligent work ethic and polished demeanor.
- Great time management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- As you interact with clients, be personable and courteous while paying attention to their issues.
