Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the integration team and maintain a visible client-facing role.
- Create and manage project schedules for complex integration initiatives, ensuring agreement from internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand project integration requirements to ensure alignment with the integration team and clients.
- Identify and manage scope creep.
- Prepare and distribute status reports weekly to all key stakeholders.
- Utilize the Project Management System to create and update projects regularly.
- Assist in documentation creation for projects, support, training, etc.
- Take ownership of assigned integration projects to ensure KPI goals are met.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a client-facing project management role.
- Project management, business, and/or technical experience in the ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce space.
- Preferred Experience in: SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with eCommerce applications such as Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, etc. Application integration experience. SQL experience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High energy and a "can-do" attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Eagerness to expand skills related to the company’s business.
