What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to incoming sales enquiries with tailored solutions for prospective clients.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drafting, managing, and submitting accurate RFPs for corporate relocation projects.
  • Collaborating with operations and logistics teams to align services with client needs.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the relocation sector.
  • Working with marketing to create impactful presentations and promotional materials.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and performance summaries for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, contracts, and internal policies.
  • Following up with prospects to maintain engagement and secure conversions.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for enhanced sales and RFP workflows.
  • Supporting additional tasks as needed to contribute to business growth and efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven inside sales experience within the moving and relocation industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the RFP process and proposal documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and prioritisation in a high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
