This person, who will report directly to the Country Director, will oversee the highest standard of communication between all stakeholders involved in coordinating a move and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Oversee the complete relocation process for international clients while striking a balance between the needs of the assignee and the demands of the firm.
- Calculate moving expenses, draft quotes, and work with all parties involved until the service is provided.
- During the moving process, function as the main point of contact with expatriates and their families.
- Make sure that all moves are carried out lawfully and in compliance with corporate policies.
- Keep the database updated and accurate by making sure all moving records are correct.
- Engage in active service promotion and cross-selling with customers.
- Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of relocations.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Prior international relocation or mobility experience is necessary.
- Language Proficiency: Mandarin and English fluency; fluency in French is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated background in providing customer service.
