This individual will manage the highest calibre of communication between all parties involved in coordinating a move and providing exceptional customer service. They will report directly to the Country Director.
Responsibilities of the Move Coordinator role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the entire relocation process for clients, balancing the firm's requirements with the assignee's needs.
- Compute moving costs, create bids, and collaborate with all stakeholders until the service is rendered.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates and their families during the relocation process.
- Verify that every action is done legally and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Make sure all moving records are accurate in order to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database.
- Actively market your services to consumers and do cross-selling.
- Interacting with clients and offering top-notch support throughout the whole moving process.
- Additional ad hoc tasks as needed.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Prior expertise in international relocation or mobility is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English.
- Excellent dialogue skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledgeable about Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience serving customers in the past.
