Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange deliveries and collections with clients
- Manage calendars for dealer photography bookings
- Process delivery, restoration, storage, and returns administration
- Provide timely updates and excellent service to clients
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year’s administration experience
- Minimum 1 year’s customer service or client-facing experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident telephone and email etiquette
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Knowledge of antiques/design is an advantage but not essential
