In this fully remote role, you’ll manage large datasets and engage with commercial businesses via outbound calls. Your work will directly support field-based Business Development Managers by coordinating appointments and introducing essential waste licensing and compliance services. All necessary systems and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately collect, sort, and input large volumes of commercial data into the CRM system, including business names, locations, contact details, and licensing information.
- Organise and prioritise commercial business leads requiring waste licensing, recycling, and compliance services.
- Conduct outbound calls to:
- Schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Verify and update business data.
- Introduce relevant services across waste, recycling, and environmental compliance.
- Create lead lists for targeted outreach campaigns across multiple sectors.
- Use a dialler system and CRM to log calls, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of engagement.
- Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in all communications.
- Clear and professional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident and courteous phone manner with experience in outbound calling.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing large data sets with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, using company-provided tools and platforms.
- Access to a reliable laptop and smartphone.
