Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Targeting, mapping accounts, and finding prospects.
- Participate in the commercial strategy and identify opportunities for prospecting.
- Prospect and schedule meetings with new clients, focusing primarily on Key Accounts.
- Manage your tenders in their entirety with the assistance of the company: identification, framing, drafting, pricing, and negotiating.
- Ensure the proper implementation and deployment of your clients' projects.
- Make sure you have good relationships with your clients.
- Organized, flexible, capable of handling multiple tasks, and able to manage priorities.
- Receptive and proactive in each new circumstance.
- Customer requests and/or complaints should be handled diplomatically and calmly.
- You're dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and you want to work in and international environment.
- Previous experience of working within the Moving & Relocation sector.
- Exceptional proficiency with sales tactics.
- Fully competent in working, presenting, and writing in Flemish and English.
- Mastery of IT programs, particularly Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Practical but also emphasizing quality and results.
