This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience using Yembo technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Sell international and European household and corporate removals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their relocation needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as storage, packing, and insurance.
- Conduct virtual removals surveys using Yembo or similar tools to provide accurate quotes.
- Generate new removals business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales strategies.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, ensuring accurate records of sales progress.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a smooth removals process for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, international regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales within the removals industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of international and European removals processes, including customs regulations.
- Experience using Yembo or other virtual survey technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
