What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations with a focus on quality control
- Implementing and monitoring SOPs for handling household goods and commercial freight
- Leading quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage control
- Supervising a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Coordinating with relocation teams to ensure timely and secure transfers
- Maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy through routine audits
- Ensuring all warehouse equipment and safety procedures are up to date
- Investigating and resolving service issues or complaints related to warehouse handling
- Preparing quality reports and suggesting process improvements
- Supporting compliance with DOT, OSHA, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in the moving/relocation sector
- Strong knowledge of quality control protocols and warehouse management systems
- Experience with household goods (HHG) or office & industrial (O&I) relocations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite
