Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all household goods (HHG) moving and relocation operations within the Prague market.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring service delivery meets company standards and client expectations.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key operational KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation management companies, and referral partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations, sales, customer service, and move management teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalated service issues effectively.
- Oversee resource planning, staffing, fleet utilisation, and subcontractor performance.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across all relocation processes.
- Support business development initiatives, sales growth strategies, and market expansion efforts.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to achieve organisational objectives and operational consistency.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience within the moving and relocation industry.
- Strong knowledge of moving operations, move management, packing, transportation, and destination services.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and operational performance metrics.
- Excellent people management, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
