Alchemy is partnering with a global hospitality brand to appoint an experienced Director of Sales, Hotel to lead strategic sales growth across India and South Asia.
This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an accomplished hospitality sales professional with proven expertise in luxury leisure travel partnerships, high-value account management, and regional revenue development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand luxury leisure travel agency partnerships across India and South Asia
- Drive revenue growth through structured account management and strategic business development
- Manage relationships with major luxury travel networks
- Identify new business opportunities across leisure, group, and MICE sectors
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to align sales strategies
- Mentor and support regional sales leadership teams
- Represent the business at international tradeshows, luxury showcases, roadshows, and industry events
- Support hotel partners with market trends, performance opportunities, and commercial guidance
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality or hotel sales
- Proven success within leisure, travel agency, or luxury partnership sales
- Experience managing strategic global or regional sales accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple markets
- Knowledge of travel distribution channels and hotel sales systems
- Leadership experience with team development responsibilities
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Hospitality, Business, or Hotel Management degree
- Experience working with luxury hotel brands or global travel organisations
- Exposure to leisure, group, MICE, and corporate travel sectors
