Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth across residential and/or commercial real estate portfolios
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment channels within the Thai market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform strategy and pricing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and lead generation campaigns
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and industry standards
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within real estate (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
- Strong experience managing and developing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals
- In-depth understanding of real estate markets, ideally with exposure to international or emerging markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience working with developers, investors, or property funds is highly advantageous
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Thailand or to be already located there
