Our client, a global corporate housing provider, is looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join their team in the Philippines. This is a fully remote, weekend position, working every Saturday and Sunday.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent customer service skills, and is confident handling a variety of enquiries in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the main point of contact for guests over the weekend, ensuring they receive a high level of service throughout their stay.

- Act as the main point of contact for guests via phone and email during the weekend.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve maintenance or accommodation-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process accommodation extension requests and update internal systems.
- Keep guests informed of any updates relating to their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest enquiries and service requests.
- Issue move-out instructions and extension notices where required.
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Assist with guest service reporting and other administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Participate in handling urgent guest matters during your scheduled weekend shifts.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in guest services, customer service, hospitality, hotels, relocation, corporate housing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities while working remotely.
