We are partnering with a growing serviced apartment and corporate accommodation provider who are looking to appoint a Partnerships Manager to develop strategic relationships and drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced partnerships, business development, or account management professional with a background in serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation, global mobility, hospitality, or travel solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s partner network, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients, relocation providers, travel management companies, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential partners to support revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the corporate accommodation and global mobility sectors.
  • Manage existing partner accounts, ensuring high levels of service, engagement, and retention.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver exceptional partner solutions.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or commercial roles.
  • Background within serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation, global mobility, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of corporate accommodation solutions and B2B client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term partnerships and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
