Main Duties:
- Manage the relocation process from start to finish on behalf of expatriates and their families (services include; housing, schooling, corporate housing, tenancy management, visa and immigration)
- Provide advice to assignees on immigration procedures and timelines
- Manage the visa and immigration process including EP, S Pass, LTVP, DP, business visas and work permits
- Update assignees on the status of their relocation and immigration application
- Provide a high level of service to assignees, responding to their questions in a prompt manner
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years Relocation, Global Mobility or Immigration experience
- Must have a basic CEI certification (Comprehensive Employment Agency Licence)
- Knowledge or experience of Singapore housing leasing and immigration rules preferred
- Degree in a related field preferred
- Fluent English required
- Available for local travel to attend meetings and property viewings
