No two days in sales are the same, but your main duties would include:
- Handling inbound enquires and following up on leads from phone calls, emails and online contacts.
- Analysing customer data to create estimates, give service presentations and negotiate pricing.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and keeping them updated on their move.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services and specialist options.
- Preparing accurate quotations for local moving and storage services.
- Speaking with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Our clients are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in inside sales within the moving, relocation, or storage sector.
- A good understanding of both the local Dubai market and moving processes.
- Great communication skills and the confidence to give presentations and negotiate with clients.
- Experience managing multiple leads and organising your own schedule.
- Confidence working with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
