We're recruiting for an International HHG Move Coordinator to join a moving and relocation company based in Belgium. This role will see you managing international household goods relocations from booking through to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for customers, overseas agents and service partners throughout the move process.
To succeed in this role you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience coordinating international household goods moves within the moving and relocation industry.
- Good understanding of international shipping documentation, customs procedures and overseas move processes.
- Experience communicating with international agents and global service partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple move files at the same time.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing international household goods shipments from origin through to destination.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their relocation.
- Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines and transport partners to coordinate move schedules.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate move files, shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
- Monitoring shipment progress and providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolving any operational issues or service delays while maintaining a high level of customer service.
