Your responsibilities in this role:
- Coordinate drivers, crews, and equipment for cross country household goods moves.
- Plan schedules and routes to maximise efficienct moves.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, warehouses and operations teams throughout the move.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any delays or potential service issues.
- Ensure dispatch activities comply with company procedures and DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and system updates.
What you need to have:
- Previous long-dispatch experience within the household goods moving industry is a must
- Strong understanding of long-distance moving operations.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
