We're recruiting for an office-based Move Coordinator to join a well-established international moving and relocation provider. You'll oversee the whole household goods relocation from start to finish, working with private clients, corporate accounts, overseas partners, and, where applicable, MOFA relocation programmes.
What your week could look like...
- Manage multiple international household goods moves simultaneously
- Coordinate packing schedules, shipment arrangements and customs documentation
- Be the primary contact for customers, overseas agents, surveyors, and the operational team
- Ensuring that any Dutch MOFA and diplomatic relocation requirements are handled accurately
- Prepare quotations, shipping documentation, and service updates
- Monitor every stage of each relocation to keep shipments progressing on time
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining excellent client communication
- Keeping the CRM system fully updated with accurate information throughout each relocation
We're likely to be speaking to someone who has...
- Previous experience coordinating international household goods or relocation services
- Professional Dutch language skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of Dutch MOFA, embassy, diplomatic, or government relocation programmes would be a significant advantage
- A solid understanding of international shipping processes, customs procedures, and agent networks
