Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Logistics in managing complex global client projects.
- Coordinate bespoke shipments, including yacht and remote-location deliveries, with installation projects for private clients.
- Manage project budgets, reporting, and cost tracking.
- Conduct and coordinate global site visits, condition reporting, conservation, framing, and installations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Liaise with interior designers, suppliers, technicians, handlers, and shipping partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain service standards for high-profile private clients.
Key Requirements:
- Flexibility to work across international time zones and travel globally, often at short notice.
- Knowledge of international customs procedures, import/export regulations, tariffs, and global shipping requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, discreet, and experienced in working with UHNW individuals, family offices, and luxury-sector stakeholders.
