This is a remote position supporting accurate billing for household goods and relocation services while working closely with operations and accounting teams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing invoices for household goods and relocation services.
- Reviewing paperwork to ensure billing is accurate and complete.
- Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies and invoice queries.
- Collaborating with operations teams to obtain missing documents where required.
- Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate billing records.
- Liaising with clients and internal departments regarding invoicing and account enquiries.
To succeed in this role you'll ideally have:
- Previous billing or invoicing experience within the moving and relocation industry.
- Good understanding of household goods shipment documentation and billing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of invoices.
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
