She provides efficient support to a large team of Global Talent Alchemists who service multiple industry sectors on a global basis.

In addition to CRM management, Harriet is responsible for marketing support, website maintenance and internal training and development support.

Harriet has a natural flair for process and project management and has been an integral support member throughout Alchemy's HRIS system development.
