Phoebe Dalziel

Phoebe Dalziel is a Talent Alchemist working within the Fine Art & Gallery Services team. Phoebe is a specialist Fine Art Recruitment Consultant specifically tasked with sourcing the world’s most talented individuals in order to service the global fine art market. Phoebe works in a relationship led style of recruitment, building close relationships with all of the art recruitment clients she works for worldwide. This means that she delivers a completely bespoke service to both her clients and candidates.

Phoebe has over four years of experience specialising in the international fine art market, and has a thorough understanding of the entire fine art logistics and shipping process, as well as the wider commercial market. She also has experience recruiting for law, fashion and hospitality, meaning that she is a versatile recruiter. Phoebe has a broad range of experience within the industry as well as working with candidates and clients from a variety of different backgrounds and industries.

Phoebe Dalziel graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Brighton University where she studied English literature and language. The course allowed Phoebe to develop her written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail which she uses on a daily basis as a Talent Alchemist.

In her spare time Phoebe is interested in art history, especially fine art from the 19th and 20th century and contemporary. She is very interested in fashion as well, often attending fashion events and exhibitions where art and fine art are combined. Locally she attends many events that are part of art communities and also participates in charity auctions.
