Account Manager

Job Description

We are partnering with a Miami based Fine Art Logistics company who are looking to expand their ever-growing team.

The company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable of managing art logistics projects from start to finish, oversee the collection, packaging, and shipping processes
  • Ensure that all accounts are always maintained, and that the shipment is run as cost effectively as possible without jeopardising customer happiness
  • Setting up customer files, issuing bills of lading, and generating invoices on a daily basis
  • To keep track of all internal and external shipments from beginning to end
  • Documents must be stored in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Files must be kept in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Ensure that inventories and commercial invoicing are compliant with international regulations and standards
  • Manage the whole client experience throughout the shipping process, ensuring that client expectations are met
  • Arrange shipments for all departments (auction house/interior design/gallery)
  • Providing timely and professional assistance with department calls
  • Assist your management whenever possible

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience working within an art logistics/shipping role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply intuition to resolve client concerns and complaints
  • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage many tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal computer systems are required
  • Always maintain impeccable email etiquette as well as a professional and respectful telephone demeanour
  • A team player who can work with people at all levels in a fast-paced environment
