We are rapidly expanding and are actively looking to hire aspiring Talent Alchemists to join our team.

About the position:

As an Alchemist, you will be responsible for fostering global client relationships whilst successfully delivering international recruitment services. You’ll host talent briefing meetings with Clients to best understand their hiring requirements and will actively lead recruitment searches to identify the most suitable candidates.

We are looking for someone with a passion for working with people and excellent cultural awareness to conduct talent searches globally. Whilst having a sales mentality is of course important, we utilise our expert industry knowledge to deliver a consultative process, so communication is key!

What you'll do:

  • Providing global recruitment solutions across key locations not limited to APAC, USA and Europe

  • Identify and develop both new and existing client relationships through regular business development efforts

  • Foster and develop Client accounts whilst maximising service delivery potential

  • Nurture the existing Client base by proactively calling and building relationships with key stakeholders

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to successfully meet business revenue targets

  • Actively headhunt candidates worldwide through networking and various recruiting channels

  • Execute an in-depth talent selection process, assessing candidate skills and suitability

  • Actively contact Client research projects

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates

  • Deliver guidance and advice to Clients on talent acquisition

  • Actively promote our global expansion partner services to Clients

  • Stay updated on global market salaries to effectively benchmark when required

  • Represent the company at both local and international conferences

  • Maintain high-quality data on our CRM

What we're looking for:

  • 2-4years’ experience in sales, with a proven record in achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • An engaging personality with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels

  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain excellent success ratios

  • Ability to identify solutions to problems before they occur

  • Previous experience travelling or living overseas would be an advantage

  • Excellent cultural awareness

  • Fluency in an additional language would be highly advantageous

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in a business discipline
