Job Description
We are working with a Moving & Logistics company seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Handling the billing processes
Preparing statutory accounts
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
Managing petty cash transactions
Controlling credit and chasing debt
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debit
Chasing late payments from clients
Paying carriers
Preparing invoices
Requirements:
Accounting experience
Experience handling company accounts
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Confident chasing payments
Experience preparing invoices
