Job Description

We are seeking a Bookings and Customer Service Coordinator to join a freight forwarding organisation in Grimsby.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bookings and providing customer service information
  • Responsible for bookings in the company’s internal software
  • Communicate with transport and export planners
  • Liaising with clients and customers on the phone
  • Processing shipments 

Requirements:

  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer services
  • Customer-focused and motivated to provide outstanding service
  • Good administration skills
  • IT literate
  • Problem-solving
