We are seeking a Bookings and Customer Service Coordinator to join a freight forwarding organisation in Grimsby.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bookings and providing customer service information
- Responsible for bookings in the company’s internal software
- Communicate with transport and export planners
- Liaising with clients and customers on the phone
- Processing shipments
Requirements:
- A high level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience in customer services
- Customer-focused and motivated to provide outstanding service
- Good administration skills
- IT literate
- Problem-solving
