Client Account Manager, Serviced Apartment (Remote)
Job Description
A fantastic opportunity is available to join our client a global serviced apartment provider as their Client Account Manager.
Joining the EMEA team you’ll partner with international clients, providing service apartment solutions.
Working Hours & Location:
- This position is a remote work from home position (full home office set up will be provided).
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of across all client serviced apartment needs
- Receive and qualify client requests for serviced apartment needs predominately in EMEA but also for additional international locations when needed
- Identify the best Serviced Apartment options available, negotiate with suppliers and confirm availabilities, amenities, packages, and pricing
- Create client proposals for each inquiry, specifically tailored to clients needs
- Create and remit required booking documentation to the operations and accounts department
- Conduct guest ‘satisfaction check’ calls and/or emails to ensure a positive guest experience
- Providing consistent high-quality service to clients by responding and dealing with all enquiries and requests
- Maintaining and developing pre-existing client accounts with corporate accommodation requirements
- Participate in after-hours maintenance emergency “on-call” rotation
- Assist with special business projects to client development
Requirements:
- Ideally, 2- 3 years experience working within the Serviced Apartment sector
- Knowledge of the Relocation and Destination Services sectors would be advantageous
- Must be a supportive team player as well as an efficient and resourceful independent worker
- Possesses a high level of self-discipline and accountability to succeed while remote working
- Exceptional independent problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and developing client relationships
- Ability to interact with clients in both a friendly and professional manner either face-to-face or over the phone
- Able to excel and achieve in a fast-paced business environment
- Proficient with IT programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organisation and analytical skills
