Our client is a market leader in the Fine Art Shipping world and is rapidly expanding their business, as well as their team. They are looking for a talented and committed individual to join them on their journey of success and be part of their major development.

The right candidate will be able to collaborate and communicate effectively, while bringing a positive attitude to the workplace. In addition, the ability to discreetly work with sensitive information is vital for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone, mail communications and answer queries in a time efficient manner.
  • Welcome visitors and address questions, concerns and requests, as well as screen their credentials and ensure that security protocols are followed.
  • Complete a majority of administrative tasks and take care of office supplies logistics, consistently following company policies, ethics codes and rules.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and driven collaborator, able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent at completing office related tasks, including administration, communication and organisation.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Professional conduct across all duties on and off site.
  • Creativity and interest for arts would be an asset.
