Corporate Housing Coordinator, Relocation Services

Job Description

A new opportunity is available for a Corporate Housing Coordinator to join our client, a Global Corporate Housing & Serviced Apartments provider.
 
The ideal applicant will have years of customer service experience and exposure to the Relocation, Global Mobility, Corporate Housing or Serviced Apartment sector.

The main responsibility of the role is to serve as the subject matter expert, liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal team members to ensure client accommodation requirements are fulfilled.
 
Duties of the Corporate Housing Coordinator, Relocation Services include:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery to increase and develop accounts

  • Generate client corporate housing proposals for each request ensuring understanding of the client's housing needs and requirements

  • Compile and record all required accommodation booking documentation and share with internal stakeholders as necessary 

  • Conduct corporate accommodation searches across set locations, ensuring information on pricing, amenities, and availability are collected

  • Record data and obtain invoices, refunds and contracts from suppliers and clients as and when required

  • Regularly connect with clients and guests to obtain feedback and ensure a positive client experience

  • Identify opportunities for relationship and account development 

  • Deliver customer service-related calls and/or emails 

  • Resolve any client issues reported in an immediate and timely manner

  • Participate in after-hours maintenance emergency support as needed 

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in relocation, destination services, property or real estate 

  • Knowledge of serviced apartments and corporate housing is preferred but not essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Desire to go above and beyond in work 

  • Ability to foster professional relationships 

  • Energetic and engaging personality 

  • Ability to work in a high pressured and fast working environment 

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills 

  • Degree-level education is preferred 

  • Cultural awareness
