Destination & Relocation Services Coordinator (6 Month FTC)

Job Description

We are seeking a Destination Services Coordinator to join our client's expanding relocation services team on an initial 6 month FTC.
You will be responsible for handling Relocation Destination Services for clients, acting as the main point of coordination for DSP services with relocating employees.
 
This role offers a hybrid working structure.
 
Responsibilities of the Destination Services Coordinator include:
  • Supporting coordination for Relocation Destination Services
  • Assisting with the management of tenancy negotiation for assignees
  • Supporting Relocation activities including; home search, property services including tenancy management, lease negotiation, lettings and landlords agent negotiation
  • Coordinating the Relocation caseload and ensuring regular follow-ups are conducted with customers
  • Develop, maintain and build a working relationship with transferring (relocating) employee and client HR
  • Help to carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client relocation policy review as required
  • Provide continued advice and support to both clients and relocating employees
  • Prepare ongoing status reports in line with the client’s needs
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend process improvements as required
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and invoice correctly for the client engagement
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in Relocation, Destination Services and/or Property Services sector
  • Good knowledge and experience in Tenancy Management, Lettings and Property services
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
