Global Mobility Administrator

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Global Mobility Administrator to join the group of our customer in London.

The Global Mobility Administrator will support specific teams in meeting the key operational objectives and KPIs in relation to bookings and other admin matters as required.

For this position, fluency in both French and English is required.


Responsibilities:
  • Bookings for services including flights, hotels, short-term lodging, airport transfers, and vehicle rentals are received, processed, and confirmed.
  • Processing and going over case initiations
  • Receiving and handling requests for data integrity
  • Running and delivering ad hoc and regular reports as needed and assisting with billing activity as needed
  • Supporting, when necessary, the processing of client employee expenses
  • Communicate with the Central Admin Team in our Shared Service office, and collaborate to accomplish shared goals and responsibilities.
  • Deliver administrative assistance consistently, upholding standards for quality and promptness.
  • Help the group cope with growing responsibilities during busy seasons.
  • Make sure there are no gaps in communication or service delivery.
  • Process reservations for temporary housing, airport transfers, motels, and auto rentals.
  • Keep system records for billing, customer experience, feedback, and data integrity.
  • Updating any additional case-specific data on the system as necessary
  • Creating monthly reports and other administrative chores as necessary
Skills:
  • French and English proficiency are needed.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills are a must, as are quick process understanding.
  • Team player
  • Travel Booking experience 
  • All Office Products, particularly Excel, and web-based software expertise are required. 
  • Experience in customer service in the past is preferred but not necessary.
