Global Mobility Assistant

Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Global Mobility Assistant to join a global business based in Jersey City.

The Global Mobility Assistant will provide administrative support to the global mobility team.

Key Duties:

  • Provide administration support to the global mobility team
  • Answer the telephone professionally, communicating with senior members of staff
  • Manage calendars for the team including arranging and scheduling meetings
  • Update the system with relevant data such as expatriate documentation
  • Request cost estimates and ensure accuracy
  • Book travel both domestically and internationally
  • Support the setup of new hires in the team
  • Process expense reports
  • Organise team meetings and activities
  • Data entry
  • Other duties to be assigned as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in the Global Mobility, Relocation or the Expatriate Management industries preferred
  • Experience providing administration support in a global environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working well independently and as part of a team
