Global Mobility Coordinator
Job Description
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Global Mobility Coordinator o join a global business based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Global Mobility Coordinator will provide administrative support to the global mobility team.
Key Duties:
- Provide administration support to the global mobility team
- Answer the telephone professionally, communicating with senior members of staff
- Manage calendars for the team including arranging and scheduling meetings
- Update the system with relevant data such as expatriate documentation
- Request cost estimates and ensure accuracy
- Book travel both domestically and internationally
- Support the setup of new hires in the team
- Process expense reports
- Organise team meetings and activities
- Data entry
- Other duties to be assigned as needed
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the Global Mobility, Relocation or the Expatriate Management industries preferred
- Experience providing administration support in a global environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working well independently and as part of a team
