Global Mobility Coordinator

Job Description

Alchemy is partnering with a Relocation company, based in East Sussex. Our client is searching for a Global Mobility Coordinator to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will work with the companies Blue Chip clients, this will require you to provide quality support, and dedication to ensuring the relocation process runs smoothly. 


  • Provide our assignees with the best information and attention possible as they search for their new home

  • Ensure that the HR team at our clients is constantly informed of the status of every case, either through weekly update sheets or group phone calls

  • Developing rapport with clients, and assignees 

  • Working well with our international partners, such as in the areas of education, immigration, furniture rental, or serviced residences

  • Provide Relocation Services to assignees 

  • Taking pride in your work and striving to provide services that meet the highest standards

  • Adhering to all internal procedures for the position

  • Ensure information is inputted correctly in the CRM system

Education & Skills:

  • Math and English proficiency at the GCSE level or above IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office 

  • Experience with Global Mobility or Relocation Services would be advantageous

  • Potential to train and mould an individual with Lettings Experience
