Home Finding Property Consultant

Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced Home Finding Property Consultant to join our client’s team in their office near Amsterdam, NL.

Key Duties:

  • Main point of contact for property related queries for international assignees
  • Build strong relationships with assignees, their families, estate agents
  • Find suitable homes for assignees based on their individual requirements
  • Manage assignee expectations with regarding to pricing and availability in the current property market
  • Use your knowledge of the property market to provide advice to clients and assignees
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings on behalf of clients
  • Provide guidance to assignees during the home search process
  • Negotiate rental prices, review leases and negotiate with estate agent/landlord on behalf of the assignee
  • Ensure that the first month's rent and deposit are paid on time
  • Ensure files and details are entered into the internal system
  • Assist with property check-in / check-out
  • Provide a high level of service to assignees

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of the property market in the Netherlands
  • Prior success finding suitable accommodation for clients
  • Fluent English is essential, Fluent Dutch is preferred, applicants without Dutch language skills will be considered
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Display good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
