HR Business Partner

Job Description

Our Client, a Relocation provider in Canary Wharf, London is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.

The successful candidate will undertake Human Resources duties, but also be included in the full 360 recruitment process.

Key Duties:

  • Provide high quality Human Resources support and services to employees
  • Take responsibility for coordinating administration relating to onboarding new employees
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline of suitable candidates
  • Assist with financial reconciliation and monthly payments
  • Work closely with colleagues to understand recruitment requirements across the business
  • Handle the 360-recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from job / networking sites & social media, advertising vacancies, creating job descriptions, co-ordinating and arranging interviews, providing feedback, working internally to deliver offers and onboarding new starters
  • Expand your knowledge on UK Employment Law, and other related government laws and legislations
  • Provide support with employee relation issues
  • Carry out Benefits and Payroll administration
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and analysis
  • Liaise with colleagues on HR Strategies, and HR Projects
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives within the business

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Recruiting networking sites, and job sites
  • CIPD Qualified (or working towards) with a good knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Ability to work independently, and with other members of the HR team
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Experience of managing, or participating with HR Projects is desirable
  • Ability to analysis and identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions, in relation to People Management
