HR Business Partner
Job Description
Our Client, a Relocation provider in Canary Wharf, London is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.
The successful candidate will undertake Human Resources duties, but also be included in the full 360 recruitment process.
Key Duties:
- Provide high quality Human Resources support and services to employees
- Take responsibility for coordinating administration relating to onboarding new employees
- Maintain an active talent pipeline of suitable candidates
- Assist with financial reconciliation and monthly payments
- Work closely with colleagues to understand recruitment requirements across the business
- Handle the 360-recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from job / networking sites & social media, advertising vacancies, creating job descriptions, co-ordinating and arranging interviews, providing feedback, working internally to deliver offers and onboarding new starters
- Expand your knowledge on UK Employment Law, and other related government laws and legislations
- Provide support with employee relation issues
- Carry out Benefits and Payroll administration
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and analysis
- Liaise with colleagues on HR Strategies, and HR Projects
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives within the business
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of Recruiting networking sites, and job sites
- CIPD Qualified (or working towards) with a good knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Ability to work independently, and with other members of the HR team
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience of managing, or participating with HR Projects is desirable
- Ability to analysis and identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions, in relation to People Management
