Intercultural Training Client Services Consultant

Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Manager, Intercultural Training to join a global business working remotely in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for clients requiring intercultural training services for their employees
  • Identify and understand client needs, in order to arrange the successful and timely delivery of intercultural training services
  • Regularly review services delivered to ensure a high level of service is provided

Main Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a customer service focused position ideally with some exposure in the intercultural training industry
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer service
  • Fluent English required, additional language skills an advantage
  • Cultural awareness skills essential
  • Personal relocation experience preferred
