International Assignment Consultant

Alchemy has an excellent opportunity available for an International Assignment Consultant to join our client based in Prague.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end international relocation process for relocating assignees.
Key duties of the International Assignment Consultant include but are not limited to;
  • Arranging relocation and international mobility services from beginning to end
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assignees during their relocation
  • Managing a caseload while always delivering excellent client services
  • Providing relocation advice to assignees and managing services such as household goods moving, visa/immigration and destination services
  • Supplying information and direction to customers and movers during the relocation process
  • Communicating with HR contacts and other vendors on a regular basis
  • Maintaining the database for tracking and compliance purposes
  • Expense management, billing and invoicing
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience managing and coordinating international relocations is desirable
  • Exceptional customer service and administrative skills
  • Strong understanding of global mobility and international assignment processes
  • Keen interest in the field of expatriate services
  • The capacity to multitask and fulfil deadlines in a fast-paced workplace setting
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and exceptional English proficiency, German is desirable
  • Strong IT abilities with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • High levels of organisation and communication
