International Corporate Move Specialist

Job Description

Our client, a fast growing UK removal company, is looking for a International Corporate Move Specialist to join their team.

The primary aim is to give high-quality removal services to the clients and customers while also assisting them with their relocation. This position will oversee the entire move management function for a large international customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise clients HHG moving and relocation services, managing the process from start to finish.
  • Assist the customer in completely understanding their needs and providing removal and relocation advice.
  • Give clients reliable information and advise on the relocation process and their overseas moves.
  • Negotiate and secure competitive rates with shipping lines/airfreight companies and contractors to ensure that household products are shipped in accordance with customers expectations.
  • Ensure that all import and export shipping paperwork is completed, processed, and distributed as needed.
  • Ensure that household goods removal shipments are completed according to the terms agreed upon.
  • Process any paperwork required to assure removal service delivery.
  • Produce and keep relocation status reports up to date.
  • Create removal invoices for customers and communicate with the internal accounting department to ensure payment has been received within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Compile all applicable removal job costs, approve purchase orders, and generate client invoices.

Skills:
  • Communication and numeracy skills are essential.
  • Experience coordinating removals for 2+ years is preferred.
  • Customer service abilities.
  • Familiar with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • It is very beneficial to have knowledge of import, export, shipping, and logistics.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
