International Move Manager

Job Description

Our client, one of the oldest removal companies in the UK is looking for an International Move Manager to join their team based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:
  • Make sure that reservations, movements, and inquiries about removals are handled quickly.
  • Ensure that all relevant parties are appropriately updated in accordance with established timeframes, and that Microsoft Dynamics is updated with removal client data.
  • To organise efficient, timely move management.
  • Make sure to respond to email and removal rate requests quickly.
  • To ensure the best possible customer service.
  • Observe the accounting and transportation schedules.
  • To identify potential buyers from your designated client base and to make sure the removal sales team is informed of these so that they may be developed as necessary.
  • Supporting the remaining removal team members.
  • Attend meetings and actively support the goals of the removal team and the firm in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • To abide by all H&S requirements and corporate policies in the workplace.
