International Move Manager

Job Description

Our client, a household name in the UK removals sector is seeking an International Move Manager to join them based in Nottingham.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that reservations, moves, and questions regarding removals are addressed promptly.
  • Ensure that Microsoft Dynamics is updated with removal client data and that all pertinent parties are appropriately informed within the stipulated deadlines.
  • To plan an effective, timely move management strategy.
  • Aim to reply to emails and removal rate requests as soon as possible.
  • To provide the finest customer service possible.
  • Pay attention to the accounting and transit schedules.
  • The removal sales staff must be informed of any prospective customers you identify from your selected client base so that they may be cultivated as needed.
  • Helping the remaining members of the removal team.
  • Participate in removal meetings and actively support the removal team's and the company's goals in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • To adhere to all H&S requirements, as well as company policies, at work.
