International Moves Specialist

A new opportunity is available for an International Moves Specialist to join our client's household goods Moving & Relocation team.

Scope of the role:
  • To coordinate and manage the full household goods moving process
  • To partner with corporate clients throughout their relocation and move
  • To deliver high levels of customer services
  • To manage logistic and shipments for personal effects
Further duties of the International Moves Specialist include:
  • Managing the household goods moving process for a portfolio of clients, from inquiry to closing
  • Actively manage cases to business and FIDI / FAIM standards
  • Act as the subject matter expert on moves coordination and service delivery
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners
  • Using expert moving knowledge to seek best rates and services from suppliers
  • Responding to client queries and provide issue resolution
  • Ensure household goods shipments are invoiced in full
  • Tracking all relevant shipping, logistics and relocation documentation
Skills required for the International Moves Specialist include:
  • Expert knowledge of international household goods moving
  • Good understanding of shipping, logistics and freight forwarding processes
  • A positive and personable attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client and customer service skills with the ability to liaise confidently with corporate clients
  • Strong IT and MS Office experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
