International Payroll Analyst

In this position, you will not only manage global payroll administration but also work to find any issues and come up with creative solutions to better current workflow processes.   • Act as a point of contact for general inquiries from other employees, ensuring prompt replies are provided to any questions or requests.
  • Strong knowledge of the best global payroll and accounting practices to maximize efficiency and keep to statutory compliances.
  • Guarantee operational efficiency by noting and upgrading processes, as well as implementing suitable internal controls.
  • Maintain correct payroll records by working across departments, including processing related inputs, and addressing problems.
  • Carry out compliance audits to check that payroll taxes, equity compensation, fringe/benefit tax, and statutory audits are all in order.


  • 3 years' expertise in payroll operations in a worldwide high-volume setting, ideally with EMEA and/or LATAM.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven past of balancing ever-changing priorities.
  • Composed nature in high-pressured scenarios and able to cast good judgment to ask and answer questions to push the business forward.
  • Strong understanding of payroll taxation and equity reporting (NSO, RSU, ESPP).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that can be utilised to work well as part of a team.
  • Able to work independently and use systems such as Excel, Workday, ADP, or Safeguard, or quickly learn these systems.
  • Highly resourceful and can find the most unique solutions to solve problems.
