Key Account Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading organisation in digital and electronical industry, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager in US. The job will be fully remote.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new client accounts and winning new business for the company in US market. The qualified candidate should have deep understanding and experience in the electronic hardware industry.

Responsibility:

  • Assist in establishing international sales channel and be responsible for market analysis, sales forecast, and sales plan formulation.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  • According to the specific requirements of the sales project, coordinate the whole sales process including pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales issues.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • From clients’ perspective, provide guiding suggestions for internal team like R&D team and marketing team.
  • Fulfil long-term sales goals set by company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience in audio and video industry, video conference industry, or overseas sales in high-tech companies.
  • The ability to tackle key clients’ problems.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
