Quality Control Claims Assistant

Job Description

We are working with a leading logistics provider seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Control Claims Specialist to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities;

  • Daily verification of inbound products
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate inspections and inventory entries
  • Work closely with managers on claims which are of high value
  • Document all information for reporting
  • Audit warehouse completion
  • Support on inventory investigations
  • Ensure all quality processes and operation procedures are followed
  • Manage all incoming complaints and claims
  • Investigate and help claim losses
  • Liaise with customers to request information on claim resolution

Skills Required;

  • Experience working in Logistics quality
  • Knowledge with dispatch transportation operations
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Programs and practices
