Relocation & Mobility Consultant

Job Description

We’re working on multiple exciting openings for Relocation & Mobility Consultants in Singapore.

The Relocation & Mobility Consultant will manage the international relocation process from start to finish for assignees and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct briefing calls with assignees, advising them on the relocation process and building a strong relationships
  • Coordinate global mobility and relocation services including temporary accommodation, visa and immigration, compensation, payroll, household goods moving and language training
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of client global mobility programs and policies
  • Utilise global mobility and relocation expertise to provide advice to assignees and clients
  • Work closely with third party vendors, ensuring relocation services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Regularly update the internal system with relevant assignment data and documentation
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the relocation process, meeting/exceeding SLAs

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years Global Mobility, Assignment Services or Corporate Relocation experience
  • Excellent knowledge of relocation services including temporary accommodation, visa and immigration, compensation, payroll, household goods moving and language training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high attention to detail environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Confident user of IT programs including Microsoft Office
