Relocation Associate
Job Description
Our client, a relocation service provider is looking to hire a Relocation Associate to join their growing team based remotely on the West Coast of the USA.
Key Duties:
- Provide daily support to the relocation team
- Input relocation and assignment information into the system
- Ensure the system information and documents are correct
- Liaise with assignees and external vendors as required
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a highly customer focused environment
- Excellent IT, administration, and data entry skills
- Proven track record delivering excellent customer service to customers
- Current / Previous experience working in the Relocation / Global Mobility / Corporate Accommodation / Destination Services industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with professionals from intern to CEO
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Real Estate holder preferred however not essential
