Relocation Associate
Job Description
Our client, a relocation service provider is looking to hire a Relocation Associate to join their growing team based remotely on the West Coast of the USA.
Key Duties:
Provide daily support to the relocation team
Input relocation and assignment information into the system
Ensure the system information and documents are correct
Liaise with assignees and external vendors as required
Key Requirements:
Experience working in a highly customer focused environment
Excellent IT, administration, and data entry skills
Proven track record delivering excellent customer service to customers
Current / Previous experience working in the Relocation / Global Mobility / Corporate Accommodation / Destination Services industry is an advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with professionals from intern to CEO
Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Real Estate holder preferred however not essential
